AI META ADS is an internal advertising management tool used to help manage Meta advertising workflows for business-owned ad accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process and how we use it.
Information We Process
Depending on how the tool is configured, we may process the following information:
- Business advertising account identifiers, campaign names, ad set names, ad names, budgets, statuses, and performance metrics.
- Meta Page identifiers, Page names, and related business asset identifiers required for advertising operations.
- Creative materials, ad copy, headlines, descriptions, targeting settings, placement settings, and campaign configuration data.
- Operational logs, API response records, error messages, and audit records used to verify advertising actions.
How We Use Information
We use the information only for business advertising operations, including:
- Creating, reviewing, and managing advertising plans.
- Reading advertising performance data and campaign status.
- Preparing or executing authorized advertising actions such as budget updates, ad status changes, and campaign creation.
- Maintaining internal audit records for troubleshooting, compliance, and operational review.
Meta Platform Data
When connected to Meta APIs, the tool accesses only the advertising and business asset data authorized by the business owner or administrator. We do not sell Meta Platform data and do not use it for unrelated third-party purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate hosting, storage, security, or internal business systems, or where required by law.
Data Retention
We retain configuration data, logs, and advertising records only as long as needed for business operations, troubleshooting, audit, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access control, restricted credentials, and operational review. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
Authorized business administrators may disconnect Meta assets, revoke tokens, update credentials, or request deletion of data associated with their business account.
