These Terms govern use of AI META ADS services provided by KROSS OFFICE OUTFITTERS INC.. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Business use and accounts
The service is for lawful business use. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account and authorized devices. Account access may be limited by license expiration and device limits.
Meta and third-party services
AI META ADS is independent and is not endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Meta APIs and assets remains subject to Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Advertising Standards, and your agreements with Meta.
You authorize only assets you have the right to manage. You are responsible for maintaining valid permissions and complying with the terms of Salesmartly, OpenAI, and other configured providers.
Recommendations and ad actions
AI and rules provide decision support, not legal, financial, or performance guarantees. You must review plans, targeting, creative, copy, budgets, and optimization actions before release.
Rule-based actions occur only when enabled and configured. Advertising outcomes vary and remain the user’s responsibility.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, share licenses beyond permitted limits, misuse tokens, access assets without authorization, upload unlawful content, interfere with service security, reverse engineer restricted components except where law permits, or use the service to violate platform policies.
Software updates and availability
We may provide fixes, security updates, features, or compatibility changes through the update service. Availability can be affected by third-party APIs, internet access, maintenance, platform changes, and events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
The software, website, design, documentation, and related content are owned by or licensed to KROSS OFFICE OUTFITTERS INC.. Meta, Facebook, Salesmartly, OpenAI, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, expired authorization, security risk, abuse, illegal activity, or material breach. Users may stop using the service and request deletion subject to lawful retention obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, approval by Meta, campaign results, cost reductions, revenue, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages are excluded. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
