Scope
This policy covers the AI META ADS desktop application, authorization services, update services, support, and this website. It does not replace the privacy policies of Meta, Salesmartly, OpenAI, or other services selected by the user.
Data we process
We may process account login details, license status, device identifiers used to enforce device limits, preferred language, support messages, feedback, and update activity.
When a user authorizes Meta access, the service may process Meta user identifiers, business identifiers, ad account IDs, Page IDs, pixel IDs, permission scopes, access tokens, token status, and advertising metrics needed for requested features.
If configured by the user, the product may process Salesmartly API settings and conversation records, campaign content, creative references, generated copy, operational logs, and selected content sent to the user-configured AI provider.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate accounts, provide licensed functionality, connect authorized business assets, generate plans and analysis, deliver updates and announcements, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising or create independent profiles for sale.
Legal basis and user control
Processing is based on performance of the service contract, user consent for connected services, legitimate interests in security and support, and applicable legal obligations. Users can disconnect services, revoke Meta permissions, disable optional integrations, and request access, correction, or deletion.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be transmitted to Meta APIs, Salesmartly, or the OpenAI endpoint or proxy explicitly configured for the requested workflow. Infrastructure, security, and email providers may process limited data under contractual safeguards. We disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Security and tokens
We apply access controls, transport encryption where available, least-privilege practices, and operational logging. Meta App secrets are managed by the authorization service. Access tokens are treated as confidential and should never be sent by email. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and operational data while an account is active and as needed for service, security, billing, disputes, and legal obligations. Data no longer needed is deleted or de-identified according to operational requirements.
Follow the Data Deletion Instructions to revoke access and request deletion. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a lawful retention exception applies.
International processing and rights
Services may involve processing in the United States and locations used by selected providers. Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children and changes
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when product, legal, or security requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page.
